For the ‘Village Couronne-Franck’ project, multiple properties were acquired and consolidated in order to create a mix of renovated and new buildings.

Given the strong demand for student rooms in the area and following the interest of the ULB, the project provided for the construction of a considerable number of student rooms, including a mix of functions including apartments, a nursery, offices, retail and a launderette.

Through a variation of ‘green’ interventions, a coherent, sustainable project in harmony with its direct environment was created in order to fully satisfy the recommendations of the regional development policy which include the site as a 'green zone' in the PRD (Regional Development Plan).
