Within walking distance of various educational institutions, ÁRTER developed an individual & collective student housing project situated in the shadow of one of the last remaining & protected ‘lead towers’ in Europe.

For USINE, function clearly defines architecture: a 6-level main building by the street housing 59 collective units + kitchen/lounge per floor and a 2-level ‘inner court’ construction erected against the common wall accommodating 20 individual units.
