The Héris Quartier is a brand-new residential area on the former grounds of a blue stone cutter. The project is an interesting mix of different typologies aiming for a diverse mix of age groups, family types and sizes. When finished, it will consist of 52 “Zero-Energy” houses, 128 apartments divided between 5 buildings, a nursing & retirement home with 100 rooms and commercial spaces.

Due to its attention for ecological and socio-economic challenges, Héris was one of the first projects to be considered as an Eco-District in Wallonia.
