After the successful renovation of the ‘KVS’ theatre project, ÁRTER was offered the opportunity to develop two separated project sites in front of the theatre.

Although separated by a couple streets, the multi-residential construction & renovation project was approached as a whole, identified by a clever variation on the same particular façade concept. Behind these main façades, different green exterior spaces organise the various residential blocks.

With a mixed housing project on this scale, one can only hope for its positive effect on the challenging neighbourhood.
