The extension of the single-family house is located on the east side of an existing villa with a total surface of 450m².
The design is a playful combination of sloped roofs connecting old and new. Just as in the existing building, the planned extension makes use of different levels. This on the one hand to connect to the level-differences of the existing villa, on the other hand to create spatialities within the same spirit.
