Due to the limited area of the site, the assignment was to build an ice rink on the ground floor, with a football pitch with UEFA dimensions and stands on the roof.

The structural challenge was to achieve a span of 55 metres on the ice rink, which partly supports the football field. No differential settings were allowed between the part of the football pitch supported by the structure of the roof and the row of colums above the car park.
