In 2017, Arter won the competition for the renovation and extension of the Da Vinci College located in Perwez. Our team imagined then a tailor-made and dynamic project, adapted to the innovative pedagogy used by the teaching staff.

The project was divided into several phases, allowing the college to remain operational during the entire construction period.

Phase 1, which was completed at the beginning of 2021, includes the construction of 11 classrooms, laboratories, premises dedicated to scientific – artistic and informatic courses and workshops, a library and administrative facilities.

Phase 2, also achieved in the early 2021, involved the construction of 10 additional classrooms.

The extension implemented in these two phases covers an area of 3000m².

Finally, the future phases, currently underway, include the renovation of the existing building, with the reorganization of the current administrative centre, the rehabilitation of the refectory and the construction of a 1100 m² sports hall that can be opened to the public.

At the same time, the landscaping around the college was also carried out by the ARTER landscape team. In total, approximately 2300 m² were designed and furnished.

For the exterior façade, several products from the Etex range were used: EQUITONE façade panels and CEDRAL slate.
